About Holitro
Built by a scientist who got tired of guessing
Holitro exists because I wanted a daily supplement routine built around a person rather than a shelf — and could not find one.
Why this exists
I spent ten years in a wet lab studying immunology and host–pathogen interactions — how the body defends itself, at the molecular level. That work leaves you with two habits: reading primary literature closely, and being sceptical of claims that outrun their evidence.
It also made me impatient about my own health. I would rather act early than react late. But when I went looking for a routine that reflected that, what I found was a cupboard full of bottles, a great deal of marketing, and very little actually built around the person taking it.
So I built Holitro: one box, thirty daily pouches, formulated around what you are actually working on.
What my background qualifies me for — and what it doesn’t
I hold a PhD in biochemistry and molecular biology, with a decade of laboratory research behind it.
I am not a nutritionist, a dietitian, or a physician. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take medication, your doctor is the right person to ask — not a website.
What a decade at the bench does give you is narrower than a clinical qualification, and more useful than marketing: the ability to read the evidence properly. To tell a well-powered human trial from a mouse study stretched past what it can carry. To know that the chemical form of a mineral changes how much of it your body can absorb. To check whether an ingredient appears at the dose that was actually studied, or at a token fraction of it so it can be named on a label.
That is what I bring to a Holitro formula. Not clinical judgement — evidence literacy, applied to every ingredient that goes into a pack.
How a Holitro pack is put together
- Ingredients chosen for function and form Not whichever version is cheapest. Magnesium glycinate rather than oxide, sustained-release melatonin rather than standard — because the form changes what the ingredient actually does.
- Made in cGMP-certified facilities in the USA Manufactured to current Good Manufacturing Practice standards in FDA-compliant facilities.
- Third-party tested Ingredients are tested by ISO-17025 accredited laboratories — independent of us, and of the manufacturer.
- Every pouch machine-vision verified Each daily pouch is optically checked against your exact formula before your box is sealed, so what is printed on the box is what is inside it.
Where this goes
Supplements are the first thing Holitro does, not the last. The wider aim is personalised health that acts early rather than late — and a daily pack is the most practical place to start, because it is the part of a routine people actually keep.
Holitro is early, and I would rather say so than pretend otherwise. If you order a pack and it is not right for you, tell me — at this stage your feedback is worth more to me than the order is.
