Holitro packs are sold as monthly subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at your subscription’s renewal price until you pause or cancel. Your first renewal comes a week early (about 23 days after your first order) so your next pack arrives before you run out; after that, renewals are monthly. Your renewal price is shown at checkout and in My Account.
Pause or cancel anytime. You can pause or cancel from My Account → Subscriptions at any time, with no fees and no need to contact us. Pausing holds your deliveries and charges until you resume. Cancelling stops all future deliveries and charges.
Timing. To avoid the next charge, pause or cancel before your next renewal date, which is shown in My Account.
Renewal refunds. Renewal charges are not refunded once processed, except for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, as described in our Shipping & Refund Policy. Your first box is covered by our First-Order Satisfaction Guarantee.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we retry it automatically over the following days and email you so you can update your payment details. If it still can’t be collected, your subscription is put on hold until your details are updated.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect address information.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We do not accept returns of supplements. Refunds and replacements are handled under our Shipping & Refund Policy: if you are not happy with your first box, you can get a full refund within 30 days of delivery, and items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are replaced or refunded. No return is required in either case.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holitro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
