Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime, no questions asked. Go to My Account → Subscriptions, open your pack and choose Pause or Cancel. There are no fees and no need to call or email us. Pausing holds your next delivery and charge until you resume; cancelling stops all future deliveries and charges.
Are your supplements third-party tested?
Yes. Every single ingredient in our 64-supplement library undergoes rigorous third-party testing for purity, potency, and heavy metals. They are manufactured in an FDA-registered, cGMP-certified facility in the USA.
