Order processing time

Please allow 1–5 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Orders containing unusually large quantities may require additional fulfillment time.

Domestic shipping rates

Holitro uses USPS for domestic shipments:

  • USPS Ground Advantage for regular shipping (2–4 business days)
  • USPS Priority for express shipping (1–3 business days)

Returns & Refunds

At Holitro, we want you to feel confident ordering from us. Below is how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds in a clear and straightforward way.

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will either:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Approved replacement orders typically ship within 3 business days.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and assist.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method and usually appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

If you believe a refund is delayed:

  • Check with your bank or card issuer first, as processing times vary
  • Contact us if the issue persists and we’ll be happy to help

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Incorrect Address Provided
    If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Unclaimed Deliveries
    Orders that are not collected or accepted and are returned to the carrier cannot be refunded. Reshipping may be available at the customer’s expense.
  • Buyer’s Remorse
    We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases
